I pretty much based this Old God off of these quotes from the Puzzle Box of Yogg Saron, and other people's speculations.

Instead of the regular amalgamation of teeth and tentacles I went with a deep sea design that gives off a feeling of both beauty and horror.

I kind of figured N'Zoth would have a humanoid appearance. This is much better than anything I could come up with. If they do an Emerald Dream expansion, he's probably going to be the final boss.

the sad/scary truth is that there really is animals deep in the ocean that look something like that, as far as i know there might be somethings like that under there, doesn't help that i'm scared of deep water

could also pass for a outer-space dwelling alien, the spot kind of look like stars!

I simply love the "dainty" yet demonic look to it. Yet, it came across as an Outlandish moth rather than an underwater being in design. I still love it, the soft glow and and the thin lines, with plenty of eyes and teeth.. Fabulous <3

The reason it probably looks Outlandish is because Outland, especially Zangarmarsh, used a lot of deep sea tropes and stuff. Lots of blue and glowy things.
