Please note: I changed the female's snarl to an anatomically correct one. Blizzard seemed to not have known that a true threat display showcases the FRONT teeth, not the back.

For instance, the artist Glowei had some great designs for both the female Draenei and female Worgen, but those designs didn't make it in, or the modellers didn't even take a look at them. People tend to assume that the design issues stem from the 2D artists, when most of the time it's the 3D modellers who fail to translate a flat image to a model.
Communication between artists is key, and it seems that they really fell hard during Cataclysm because they lacked the connection between the teams.
